Mr. Vessenes architected the foundational structure now securing over $1 trillion in digital assets and was the first to propose pooled mining for Bitcoin. He holds the seminal patent for deanonymizing Bitcoin transactions and identified the critical vulnerability in TheDAO, ultimately safeguarding more than $8 billion in participant assets.

Since 2015, Capital6 and its affiliated entities have advised, invested in, or structured over $6 billion in flotations—producing multiple new billionaires and nearly one hundred new millionaires.

Mr. Vessenes has counseled multiple sovereign governments on digital asset policy, including delivering the first presentation on Bitcoin to the United States Senate GAO, the Department of the Treasury, and FinCEN.
